Lapis Lazuli Worry Stone

Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones that can be used to soothe stress and relieve anxiety. Usually these come in the shape of an oval with a thumb-sized indentation.

You can use a worry stone by simply holding it between the index finger and thumb, and then gently move your thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one's thumb back and forth across the stone is said to stimulate the hands nerves that reduce stress. It can be used as a natural aid for self-calming.
